Do you take commissions? Yes, but I am not always open. Please see my commissions page for more information.
Do you take art trades/requests? Unfortunately, no. All my time is now taken up by paid artwork.
What methods of payment do you accept? My most preferred method is PayPal, but if you are not a member I can also accept mailed checks and money orders. Please do not send cash through the mail as it is very risky and I will not be responsible if it is lost.
Do you attend conventions? I have attended and sold art at Anthrocon annually since 2006 and plan to keep this tradition. I cannot afford the time or money for other conventions at the moment, however I do often mail in artwork to be sold at Further Confusion and have prints for sale by proxy at other cons. Please keep an eye on my cons page to know where I and/or my art will be.
How much does it cost to ship artwork? It depends on where you want it shipped to. If you live in Canada or the United States there is a flat rate of $3 for standard sized artworks. International shipping is a flat rate of $5.
How much does it cost to ship a fursuit? It depends on where you want it shipped to. If you live in Canada or the United States the shipping charge is $35. The price varies for international shipments, so I can't give you a quote unless you ask specifically. Generally, you're looking around the vicinity of $50-$100.
How much payment is required up front? For fursuits I require a downpayment of 25%. This cost covers the materials I need and will be non-refundable. The rest of the cost can be paid in installments at your convenience, but is required before the time slot for your fursuit or your commission will be pushed back. I cannot begin construction until I've received full payment. For artwork I do not require full payment until you have approved a sketch of the work.
I've decided to commission you for a fursuit. What information will you need from me? First I will need your character information. A reference image is required along with a written description, preferably in the form of a character reference sheet. Next, tell me what details/extras you want on the suit. If you want a moving jaw, taxidermy eyes, digitigrade legs, claws, parade soles, etc. please let me know. Then I will need measurements from you. If you are getting just a head, handpaws or a tail this is not necessary. If you are getting feetpaws, please let me know your shoe size. If you are getting a fullsuit, I will need a duct-tape dummy of your body so that the costume body will fit well to your specific shape. You can fold up the dummy and mail it to me when it is needed. If you want to send measurements, please use this chart and send me an e-mail with all of the information. It is best to be measured by another person. This is all the information I will need from you until your costume is finished, at which point I will need your address.
